Normalized Volume
In physiology, not all muscles move the same weight. A Squat moves hundreds of kgs, a Curl
only dozens.
Our algorithm uses a logarithmic scale to level the
playing field. Becoming a "Master" of Biceps requires the exact same effort and time as
becoming a "Master" of Legs.

Sets × Reps × Load. Your guaranteed salary.
Consistency +20%
Train every 7-10 days. Rewards discipline.
Overload +15%
Beating your past self (Volume/1RM records).

Why not just "lift heavier"?
Strength is just one component. Hypertrophy requires Volume (Total Tonnage) and Time. A 100kg lift once is strong, but 80kg for 50 total reps builds different adaptations. We reward TOTAL work.
What about Deload weeks?
No Penalty. Even with 50% loads, you earn ~85% of points thanks to logarithmic scaling. The system knows you showed up.
Anti-Farming Protocol
Diminishing Returns active. First 15-20 sets per muscle give full XP. Beyond that ("junk volume"), XP drops drastically. You cannot cheat your way to Monarch with endless light sets.
Global Level
The definitive index of your physical form. While "Muscle Level" measures mastery in a specific district, Global Level is the synthesis of your entire athletic career.
Quadratic Progression
Simulating a real athlete's career: early gains are rapid ("Newbie Gains"), but reaching
excellence requires years.
Formula: XP_Req = 50 × (Level)²
Moving from Lv 10 to 11 is easy. From Lv 90 to 91 requires months.
