Max 7 sessions (A-G), 12 exercises per session. Use the standardized muscle groups:

Send the PDF via WhatsApp or Email. The client imports it with one touch.
Avoid Corruption
NO Microsoft Word
Opening the file with Word corrups the internal PDF metadata and field IDs. It will be unreadable.
Recommended Readers
Use Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the native system readers (iOS/macOS).
